The short version
If a product is broken, mislabelled, or clearly not what the page described, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind.
When we refund
- The file will not download or will not open in the format described
- You received the wrong product
- The product is materially different from its description on the page
- You were charged twice for the same product
When we usually do not refund
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You bought the wrong item by mistake but the correct one is available — we will normally swap it instead
- You expected a specific result the page did not promise
How to request one
Email info@therusticcompass.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Bundles and subscriptions
Bundles are refunded as a whole, not per item. Where a product is sold on a recurring basis, you can cancel future payments at any time; the current period is not pro-rated unless the law where you live requires it.

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
